About You, My Past

Today, I thought of you, my past that seems decades ago. Don't ask me why, I just did. You, It, seems so detached from my present, my now, but the incidents changed my life, made me who I am. I know you wouldn't be reading this (and if you are, how did you find it?!) but I still jot my thoughts here, to make things clear, to make my concience clear.


I wanted to tell you that I have forgiven you for what you did that day. Though it may still hurt when I recall that single moment, I realize that it's the past and I have to live in now. You may have made a grave mistake but I may have done worse in the past or will in my future. I want you to know that you can breathe on easy and I will not put this incident against you. This girl has gotten over the past and she will never be in pain again.
